Latini House On Fall River- The house is located directly on the Upper Fall River . There is a well equipped kitchen and gas grill on the deck. The house sleeps two people in two twin beds (or converted to one king sized bed). There is plenty of comfortable seating, inside and out as well as a large dining table inside. There is one bathroom upstairs as well as a washer and dryer. The rate is $200 per night for the house.

A smaller, fully equipped studio cabin is available on the property also, it sleeps two people and has a full kitchen and bath with patio. The rate for the cabin is $150 per night.

	Burney Falls State Park- Located off of Hwy 89, Burney Falls State Park has a large 121 space campground with RV hook ups and several small cabins for rent as well. The park has a visitor's center, general store, nature center, lake with boat rentals, beach for swimming and a boat launch. 	Pit 1 BLM Campground- Just off of Hwy 299 near the town of Fall River Mills is a small BLM campground on the Pit River . There are pit toilets and water available, but no other services.
